Llano Voltcase Cs2 DMW-BLK22 Battery & Charging Case Kit for Panasonic Cameras

A single one of Panasonic's DMW-BLK22 batteries will cost at least twice as much as this pair of batteries and a charging case. After doing some shooting, swapping between the battery that comes with my G9ii and one of the Ilano batteries, I could not tell the difference in battery life. Some 3rd party batteries have a notably shorter battery life, so I was glad to see that these can keep up. The case is well built, charges fast (within about 2 hours) with a button that tells you how much life is in each battery pack. I will note that this pack does NOT hold power and charge while unplugged, like an external battery. You must plug this into the wall to charge. While it didn't surprise me, I can see how that might confuse people with the way the pack is designed. However, the pack hold enough juice to display battery charge, even while unplugged, which is nice.Overall, I would recommend this pack to anyone who wants a pair of batteries for their modern Lumix battery for a very reasonable price.

Game changer from the usual. It's beefy and secure. I like how the batteries fit so snug inside, the fast charge, and the % read-out on front. Note that if you have to travel light you may prefer the oem/generic style chargers which are smaller and lighter. It's new, expensive and there will likely be some product wrinkles, but hopefully they continue to improve this and hopefully others in the market re-imagine battery chargers for cameras like this. I wish I could get these for my other Panasonic and Olympus batteries!

Nice charger but, One battery wouldn’t take a charge after 2 months.I’ve changed my review from 2 stars to 5 stars. The mfg. saw my original review and, unsolicited, contacted me offering either a full refund with shipping on returning the product, or replacing the battery at their expense. The new battery arrived quickly. I can’t ask for better customer service!

The case has fast charge option that works great and the included batteries were full in short order and the percentage gauge on the outside of the case is a nice touch. Only time will tell if the batteries themselves can replace the originals in daily duty and if they do I will change my star rating.

This unit does not come with a wall charger but has a USB-C connector and meets the USB 3 charging rates, so it will accept 9 volts at 2 Amps from a wall charger that will provide it. It also works with the old USB 2.0 5-volt wall chargers. It comes with two BLK22 batteries and will also charge the original Lumix BLK22 battery. You must provide the wall charger (which connects to your wall AC socket). It can charge two batteries simultaneously, and will display the percentage of the battery capacity during charging. If the unit is not plugged into a wall socket, pressing the button with the batteries inside will display the percentage charge left in the batteries. It is small, light, and faster than my Panasonic Lumix GH7 charger. As the camera comes with only one battery, this is an essential accessory if you intend to do an all-day shoot with video in the field. You can carry a battery bank and charge one or two batteries in the field while taking stills or videos. Running out of power while shooting at a remote location, sports event, or wedding could be a real pain if you don’t have charged extra batteries. I certainly recommend this kit for anyone who uses a Lumix camera that uses the BLK22 battery.
