llano V12 Ultra RGB Laptop Cooling Pad

This cooling pad is fantastic for my gaming laptop; it effectively keeps temperatures low even during intense sessions.

The last couple of years I have purchased several products that were supposed to do what this product promised. They didn’t work, and didn’t last, waste of time and money.The llano V12 Ultra Laptop Cooling Pad with Smart Software Control laptop fan fits perfectly. The product is well made, directions for assembly were clear and concise. At low speeds the fan was quiet, when the fan was turned up to higher speeds it got loud. However, a short period of time, couple of minutes the heat is going down eliminating the need for speed.When assembled, laptop fits very well and is easy to move as needed. I really like the whole setup, and would recommend this product to family and friends.

Cons:So yeah it is a little loud like most reviews mention but to get this kind of cooling at this price you have to give up something. For me the noise is about as loud as a normal conversation to maybe just a little louder. If you play games with headphones you wont even notice it. You will hear it if your using laptop speakers only and expect to have volume turned up all the way in that case and your going to still hear the hum of the fan. It is what it is but in my opinion worth it for the cooling that this thing gives.Pros:Will absolutely cool your laptop down. I can't speak to longevity as I've only had it a week but it is solid and well made with a great fan. The USB 3.0 ports were a nice addition to free up my USB ports on the rear of my laptop. Without a cooling fan my laptop would run so warm under heavy game load that I would see glitches sometimes and could tell the heat was having an effect after 30 min to hour in. So how much does it cool? Here's what it did for my Alienware x16r2 with nvidia gtx 4090 and Intel I9 ultra (most laptops are designed to handle hotter temps but will run them to the max under heavy load causing noticeable effects to performance after 30 min to an hour plus of usage)Without this cooling Pad: (and these are the numbers under heavy game load graphics settings maxed out in games)CPU - 205 - 212 Fahrenheit with laptop internal fans at 100% (205 is max normal limit for this laptop and 212 is running slightly warm)GPU - 170 - 185 Fahrenheit with laptop internal fans at 100%With this cooling pad on high:CPU - 195 - 205 Fahrenheit with laptop internal fans at 100%GPU - 145 - 150 Fahrenheit with laptop internal fans at 100%Cooled the CPU down about 10 degrees which is great for a CPU.Cooled the GPU down a whopping 25 to 35 degrees and that has made a visual performance difference.My laptop vents hot air out the bottom and the back which is where my USB and HDMI and DisplayPort connections are so in addition to the internal cooling helping, it has also way lowered the amount of hot air blowing over my connections in the back of the computer. I have not noticed one single slow down or glitch in my computer under heavy load since I have started using this cooling pad. If your a gamer, I would say this is a must have.

With my MSI Vector 17 HX, Cora Ultra 9, and RTX 5090, I've seen a lot of difference. Temps dropped between 12c and 16c for my GPU and 10c to 12c for my CPU. This guy is a beast in cooling, but i had to return it cause of the fan noise. It is very annoying when it gets more than 1000rpm.i wish they could solve this problem in future versions, and I would gladly buy it again.

Would highly recommend i have a legion pro 7 16iax10h ultra 9 275hx and 5070ti it does an excellent job i still keep my laptop fans high but keep the pad in the low 1000rpm range and anyone with these desktop cpu variants you know heating is an issue my cpu would avg 90c in games like apex legends but now i can be under 80c avg in hwinfo without undervolting but undervolting that'll make my cpu be below 70c which is amazingI also game on a bed table that rolls over so my laptop is extremely close to me this cooling pad is loud but you don't have to worry using noise cancelation headphones if i don't hear the fans with the laptop being ontop of me you won't have to worry about it using a desk this is 100% worth the money
