With devices like these its hard to know which ones are going to work and which ones aren't. This one is one of the better ones. Set up was actually pretty fast and you don't need an app or need to join any Wi-Fi. We first tried this on an alienware laptop to a Vizio smart TV and streamed a video game called Crimson Desert. Surprisingly there was really no lag, maybe a second, but for a game like that, this ran it really well and the picture quality was pretty spot on.The wireless factor was great and made it very convenient to be able to move that laptop out of the way and not worry about cords needing to reach. I could see this being great for work presentations or the home office.

Works great, easy to connect, great quality screen

I ordered this wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver to send video from my laptop and phone to a bigger monitor and TV without running cables all over the place. It was easy to set up and connects pretty quickly. The picture quality is solid with clear 4K support and low enough lag for normal streaming or presentations. Compatibility is excellent as it worked right away with my devices and different monitors. I have been using it for about a week now in different rooms and the connection has stayed stable. The unit is compact and easy to carry around. The only small thing is that it does get a little warm during longer use and the carry bag only fits the cable dongles, the devices do not fit in the bag. Overall this is a solid wireless HDMI solution. It makes connecting devices to a big screen much more convenient and I am happy with how it performs. Good value for the price.

I've become a pretty big fan of llano products over the years, and this one didn't disappoint. I picked it up for quick and dirty presentations, screen sharing, and situations where running HDMI cables across a room is either inconvenient or impossible.I've been using it primarily with my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and the setup was refreshingly simple. Plug everything in, and it just works. There wasn't any complicated configuration, software installation, or network setup required. That's exactly what I want when I'm trying to get a presentation running and don't want to spend ten minutes troubleshooting. The video quality has been very good for its intended purpose. I wouldn't use it for a mission-critical broadcast or professional video production, but for presentations, training sessions, conference rooms, and casual screen sharing, it works great. The image is sharp, the connection is stable, and I haven't noticed any significant lag during normal use.One feature I really appreciate is the ability to charge the device while mirroring. That's especially useful with a phone, since presentations and screen sharing can drain a battery fairly quickly. Being able to keep my iPhone charged while it's connected removes one more thing to worry about. The wireless range has also been impressive. Most of my use has been across conference rooms and meeting spaces rather than pushing the maximum distance, but I've had no issues maintaining a stable connection. Not having cables stretched across the floor makes everything look cleaner and safer as well. The build quality feels good, and the units are compact enough to toss into a laptop bag without taking up much room. It's become one of those accessories I keep with my presentation gear because it's small, lightweight, and solves a problem when I need it.For the price, I think it's a good value. If you're looking for an easy way to wirelessly share content from a phone, laptop, or tablet without messing with Wi-Fi settings or special apps, this is a simple and reliable solution.

When I ordered this, I honestly questioned whether it was worth the asking price. There are plenty of wireless HDMI solutions on the market, and many promise a simple setup only to turn into an afternoon of troubleshooting. After using this one, I can confidently say my concerns were unfounded. The biggest compliment I can give it is that it simply works. I plugged in the transmitter and receiver, and they connected almost immediately without any complicated setup, apps, Wi-Fi configuration, or firmware headaches. That's exactly what I was hoping for and exactly what it delivered.Video quality is excellent, and I experienced a stable connection throughout my testing. Whether I was displaying a laptop screen, streaming content, or sharing presentations, the connection remained reliable without the random dropouts that plague some wireless display products.I also appreciate the compact design. Both units are lightweight and easy to carry, making them convenient for travel, meetings, presentations, or moving between rooms. The ability to power and charge devices through the USB-C connection is another thoughtful feature that helps reduce cable clutter. The wireless range has been more than adequate for my needs, and not having to run long HDMI cables across a room makes for a much cleaner setup.Could you accomplish the same thing with a long HDMI cable for less money? Absolutely. But sometimes convenience has value. Having a solution that connects effortlessly and works reliably every time is worth paying for, especially when you're trying to avoid technical headaches.Pros: true plug-and-play operation, quick connection, reliable performance, excellent video quality, compact and portable, no Wi-Fi or app required, clean cable-free setupCons: initially feels expensive compared to a standard HDMI cable, but the convenience quickly justifies the costOverall: I was skeptical about the value before using it. After using it, I'm not anymore. If you're looking for a wireless HDMI solution that connects effortlessly and works flawlessly, this one delivers exactly what it promises.
